Ramadan Mubarak

Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) said, “Whoever fasts in the month of Ramadan out of faith and in the hope of ALLAH ’s reward, will have all his previous sins forgiven.” Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him) has said, “Without any excuse, anyone who leaves any fast of Ramadan, will never be able to make it up even by fasting whole life”. So we must make sure to observe fast throughout the month of Ramadan with the sole intention of obeying ALLAH . In this modern era, doctors recommend people to observe various kinds of fast to rejuvenate the system of their body. Whereas, apart from the spiritual benefits, Ramadan fasting is the complete detoxification for the whole body and an opportunity for the organs to rest. This often gives fasting individuals a feeling of freshness and increased energy levels. The First International Congress on “Health and Ramadan” which was held in Casablanca, Morocco for ‘Scientific and Medical Research on Ramadan’ , covered around 50 studies on the medical ethics of Ramadan and noted various improvements in the health conditions of those who fast. Apart from this, fasting gives a person the opportunity to overcome the addictions whichmay have become a part of themodern life.
